Why choose us
Got a question?
Why does my business need menopause training?
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) issued guidelines on menopause in the workplace in February 2024 meaning all UK employers have a legal responsibility under the Equality Act 2010 to protect menopausal workers from discrimination.
It has stipulated that if a menopausal employee has menopause symptoms that have a long term and substantial impact on their ability to carry out normal day to day activities, then the symptoms could be considered to be a disability.
If this is the case then an employer has a legal responsibility to make reasonable adjustments and to not directly or indirectly discriminate because of the disability or on the grounds of age or sex.

How does your e-learning work for employees?
We offer two solutions:
- On demand access via the Meno Workplace platform. Your employees will be invited to join via email and can get to the training in just a few clicks.
- A SCORM file for your LMS (Learning Management System). You can choose for this to be white-labelled.
What are the benefits of in-person training?
Our in-person training is delivered by experts (either an Advanced Menopause Specialist GP or a Specialist Menopause Mental Health Counsellor depending on the session), giving your employees direct access to an expert.
In-person training offers enhanced interaction and engagement, hands-on learning, improved accountability, and immediate feedback and support. They can be particularly useful for management / leadership teams.
